Ow! My spine?

It is 8:57pm down here in Florida and I am having a terrible evening! I have been having serious trouble with my shoulder for a while and recently its gotten really bad. Yesterday I found out I had a plate out of alignment in my spine which they though would solve the pain problem but of course it only has inhanced the pain. I am nearly crying sitting here with my icepack. I don't know what I should do but something needs to be done it hurts way to much.

I hope talking to Omar makes me forget the pain.,
